Standards & certificates

Certification is carried out by the relevant regulatory authorities. During the certification process, products are checked for compliance with approved technical requirements and standards. This requires that customers receive a harmless product.

In addition to the mandatory and voluntary certificates of conformity for PCT, ORTO and ORTO PROFESSIONAL products have the following certificates:

Oeko -Tex Standard 100 (ORTO compression hosiery) is an international textile testing system. It is produced by 17 research institutions located in more than 40 countries. The essence of certification is to prevent the manufacturing of products having harmful chemicals in its structure. The longer the product contacts the skin, the stricter the certification conditions.

There are 4 certification classes: the 1st is the certification of products for infants and children up to 3 years old - the strictest requirements apply to this group. The 4th class is the decoration materials: curtains, furniture upholstery, etc. In this classification, ORTO compression hosiery has a 2nd certification class. This means that the requirements for materials are presented almost the same as for the products for young children. ORTO jersey is certified annually and is certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
